* To maximize a bank's risk-adjusted rate of return by maintaining credit risk exposure within acceptable parameters. Ensure booking of good quality assets in line with bank’s credit and investment policies, risk appetite, and changes in external factors and manage the same.
* Responsible on protecting the capital position of the bank by ensuring that key credit issues and risk exposures are thoroughly analyzed and effectively presented, the credit decisions are acceptable and the structures appropriately mitigate the bank's risk exposure, and credit actions adhere to credit policy.
* Responsible and specialized to revenue collection works involving revenues due on customers of the city of Abu Dhabi, through personal & telephone contact, correspondence and legal action, also responsible to sets up repayment schedules, maintains collection records, explains country policies and legal requirements and performing related duties as required.
