Review and check tender invitation & tender documents such as drawings, BOQ, schedules &
specifications.
• Take off quantities and prepare measurement sheet based on POMI, CESSM4 specifications for all
element’s Tender drawings and Cross check with the Clients provided BOQ.
• Preparing the Query sheet and sending for clarification, missing items, necessary information and
errors.
• Package preparation base on the BOQ, drawings, specification, schedule for quotation to suppliers
and subcontractor, and sending the quotation to them.
• Prepare Comparison sheet from subcontractors & suppliers’ quotations.
• Preparation of Rate Breakdown and Coordinate with the senior estimator for Rate Analysis.
• Assist to prepare the Pre-qualification documents as necessary and coordinate to collect the
documents for technical Submission.
• Preparation and submission of monthly interim payment applications (IPA) for Consultant
Certification.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Preparation and submission of monthly interim payment applications (IPA) for Consultant
Certification.
• Identifying and analysis of variations, sending notification of variations (NOV), valuation of
variations, submission with unit rate build-up and backup documents of variation, getting
approval.
• Take off quantities based on drawings, specification for monthly work done, variation work and
verify subcontractor quantity.
• Preparing the Payment certificate for Supplier / Sub Contractor.
• Preparation of BOQ based on POMI and specification for cost estimates & subcontractor package.
• Send RFQs to subcontractors and suppliers for variation new prices, new items &
subcontractor work and prepare the Comparison sheet.
• Maintain lock & records for variation works, invoices and subcontractor and supplier payments.
• Involved in site procurement, including materials purchase orders (PO), award of subcontract
works, and supplier.
• Follow-up on material delivery and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with the project construction teams & Subcontract management.
• Prepare daily reports for the consumption of materials, labor, and equipment at site.
• Visit the site to monitor the progress of work done & Verifying Subcontractors Wok completed

backup.
• Evaluating subcontractors’ invoices and preparation of payment certificates to subcontractors,
suppliers, and manpower suppliers as per work done.
• Preparation and submission of variation order and agreed with the consultant.
• Take off quantities based on drawings, specification for monthly work done, variation work and
verify subcontractor quantity.
• Visit to the site for verifying Subcontractor’s work done.
• Coordinate with project Engineers and prepare monthly Progress report

Assist to Preparation of estimates and Tender Documentation for new project bids.
• Sending quotations to subcontractors and suppliers and prepare the price comparisons.
• Take off quantities for Tender drawings.
• Assist to prepare the Pre-qualification documents.
• Assist for preparation documents and submission of monthly interim valuation.
• Preparing valuation of variations.
• Take-off based on contract drawing, specification & monthly valuation. (AutoCAD, PlanSwift)
• Assisting in BOQ preparation.
• Coordinate with construction teams.
