Roles & Responsibilities :
• Reviewing documents related to Pipeline Constructions such as As-built, Alignment Sheet, Purchase Orders, Hydro Test Reports, and BOM etc.
• Calculating the Maximum Allowable Operating Pressure.
• MAOP Verification of Oil and Gas Pipelines as per 49 CFR 192 CODE.
• Building a Virtual Pipeline in a Spread Sheet using old Pipeline Records of North Western Energy
• Conducting QC checks on all Pipeline Related documents and make sure are inline.
• QC of the Deliverables with respect to the PHMSA regulations and CFR code 49.102.
• Updating daily basis Progress to HO in Houston.
Roles & Responsibilities:
• Proficient in performing & supervising project planning & control activities, developing master schedules, weekly / monthly plans, progress reports & quality control plans.
• Collecting actual data, update project schedule, and come up with reliable schedule forecast with support from project management team.
• Attending weekly and monthly meeting with company and present progress reports, account of issues and their suitable/possible solutions, and suggestions for company actions required for different activities.
• Reviewing & Analyzing resource and schedules submitted by sub-contractors and making sure they are in-line with project schedule, milestones and key dates.
• To follow up material for continuous supply & smooth fabrication as well as erection.
• To request support material to client and ensure issuance of the same to fabrication team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Modelling and updating the stress Systems.
* Carrying out stress analysis of Launcher and Receiver Lines.
* Support design for critical lines and review them in piping layout/ isometrics/ model.
* Preparation of critical line list.
* Preparation of summary for Nozzle Loads of critical Equipment's.
* Supporting of critical and Non-critical piping.
Software : PDMS.0. SP4.
Roles & Responsibilities:
* Piping & equipment modeling in PDMS
* Modeling of pipe support
* Preparation of Nozzle orientation drawing and checking the vendor drawings with model.
* Performing Clash Checking for System USING PDMS
* Preparation of GA Drawings using PDMS Drawing Manager.
* Checking of Isometrics
* Co-ordination with other departments
Project : DRC Green field project - DIP - Dubai
