We are the Dealers for Heavy Equipment, rental and Service for multiple brands such as Manitowoc, Grove, Perkins, Hyster, utilev, Hiab, Snorkel, Compair & Bartel
ROLE :-
• Process warranty claims, consolidate warranty documentation (claims, inspection reports, etc) and validate all information reported on claims. Identify errors and action them with the customers or internal support teams.
• Process warranty claim decision, get approval per Level of Authority, notify customer of outcome and initiate credit, repair or replacement product.
• Support distributor and customer warranty queries timely.
• Manage warranty claim exceptions according to company's guidelines
• Monitor and update the information in the warranty system.
• Process service support invoices, maintain records, and resolve any customer/dealer disputes.
• Apply warranty rules
• Liaise with customers and coordinate retrofit campaigns such as product improvement programs, product development programs and part returns.
• Maintain database of warranty registrations, contracts for extended warranty service programs and warranty claims, etc
• Analyze dealer claim behavior and perform dealer audits.
