This job is a part time job.
Instructing automation topics for engineers and students.
Explaining how to create single line diagrams for a control system.
Giving them the necessary tools to build the logic for control systems.
Explaining the knowhow of SCADA systems.
Giving ideas for how to manage a project from the very start to its end with minimum losses.
Perform site surveys and propose integrating solutions.
Detailed engineering documentation (FDS, BOM, IO database, Cabinets arrangement Wiring diagram, Power consumption and Heat calculations…)
Supervision system cabinets’ assembly and performing Pre-FAT.
Creating Logic sequences and graphical interface screens.
Establishing control network between DCS, PLC, loop controllers, VFDs and workstations in control room.
Perform loop checking, logic checking and redundancy checking.
Perform Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) procedure for DCS and ESD systems.
Perform Integration Factory Acceptance Test (IFAT) procedure for DCS system.
Supervision for wiring and termination activities in site.
Commissioning and start-up.
Conducting operation and engineering training.
Detailed engineering documentation (FDS, BOM, cabinets general arrangement, Wiring diagram, Power consumption and Heat calculations and logic sequence)
Design system and marshaling cabinets.
Design the logic control loops for Oil and Gas projects using Bailey DCS System via Composer logic builder.
Troubleshoot electrical problems in the running DCS system cabinets.
Assembling, programing, commissioning and starting-up both milling and lathe CNC machines with Siemens control units Sinumerik 810DPL & 840DSL.
Troubleshooting electrical problems in CNC machines such as: punching, milling, lath, shear cutting and wire cutting.
Design electrical panels for distribution purposes (SLD & panel layout).
Following up with costumers and making commercial offers and attending tenders for the new projects.
Bachelor of Engineering May 2009, Faculty of Engineering, Cairo University, Electrical Power and Machines Department with total grade (Good 68%).
