• Creations of Journal Entries.
• Maintaining Main cash and Petty cash book.
• Booking of the invoices with the respectively
vendors.
• Preparing cheques and receipts in the system.
• Process Card payments, Prepare Bank Transfer
Letters, Debit notes & Credit notes.
• Keeping track of ongoing project payments.
• Handling the rental building utilities.

Month-end Tasks

• Passing of Month end accrual entries.
• Ensure Proper accounting for Finance Charges.
• Updating of Prepayments
• Preparation of Bank Reconciliation Statements.
• Checking the rental apartment vacating
calculations.
• Assist in finalization of Accounts.
