Main Responsibilities
1. Driving the company to achieve its goals and objectives.

6. Providing and controlling production cost for each finished goods.

Achievements:
1. Maintained minimum Stock level of raw materials and finished goods without jeopardizing the demands in order to improve the company cash flow.
2. Installed successfully the new operating system ERP.

Main Responsibilities:
1. Deploying Total Quality Management practices in the company.

1. Obtained ISO 9002 certification by implementing a quality management system. This includes developments of the company quality manual, working procedures and executing training programs.
2. Conducted more than 25 internal quality audits inside the company and 12 audits for SABIC affiliates.
3. Conducted self-assessment program according to the European foundation for quality management (EFQM).
4. Prepared detailed study on consolidating health care services resulted in savings more than $ 2.5 million/year.

1. Developing services contracts on behave of the company customers (SABIC HQ, SABIC Research and Development Complex).
2. Replenish of Material warehouse stocks.

1. Executed more than 50 contracts for manpower supply, maintenance, landscaping, transportation, security services, etc.
2. Material warehouse stocks were replenished on time.
3. Designed computerized procurement system to provide the required services in a productive manner
Material warehouse department contains more than 65, 000 line items and consists of various Warehouses in various locations for spare parts, chemicals, lubricants, air-conditioned warehouse for delicate materials.

1. Responsible of all the department activities to provide the required materials and services on the required time to ensure smooth operation of all plants.
2. Optimizing the inventory level without jeopardizing plant operation.
3. Responsible of the Total Quality Management activities of the department.

1. Designed and implemented computerized system of all warehouse activities in order to optimize efficiency.
2. Developed Standard Operating Procedures of the warehouse department.

5. Conducted more than 20 Quality internal audits for the company.
