Scope:
Lead Engineering depart. with responsibility of all Plants maintenance, Projects, Utilities & Facilities (operation & maintenance) in all Halwani Brothers locations in KSA (Main complexes (11 Factories) in Jeddah and +16 locations). With leading +85 Manpower staff (Managers, Section Heads, Senior Engineers, Specialist & Technicians).
Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to direct all Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Facilities & Projects across multiple sites
* Prepare the annual Engineering budget forecasts for all operational and capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.
* Set clear targets and measures across the factories, giving live KPIs and feedback on progress against targets.
* Design and deliver a 5-year operating plan CPS with a focus on cultural change management and world-class manufacturing.
* Deliver a strategic plan of automation, digitization and centralization of processes and people.
* Provide engineering expertise and leadership throughout the organization and through all phases of the manufacturing lifecycle
* Work closely with the organizations executive team to reduce costs, reduce project time and grow the organization as a whole
* Drive Engineering teams - Ensuring all activities are planned and proactive to drive down costs and increase uptime on machines and site equipment
* Consult with COO and Senior Operation Managers to create long term manufacturing goals.
Scope:
Responsible for all projects, facilities & utilities (Operation & Maintenance) of all Halwani Brothers locations in KSA (Main complexes and +16 locations). With leading +45 Manpower staff (Department Structure).
Key Responsibilities:
• Developing & implementing policies and procedures for effective facility & utility management.
• Develop financial plans (Capex & Opex) and specific goals for cost control/reduction.
• Oversee & organize the structure, activities & plans by ensure achieve department’s objective & KPI’s.
• Developing a strategic plan to address current issues in facilities & utilities management, including capital projects and maintenance needs.
• Coordinating with suction heads, engineers, contractors, and other consultants to ensure that projects are completed on time and within budget.
• Conducting research to identify new technologies that could improve efficiency or reduce costs in facility & utilities system.
• Overseeing the day-to-day operations of facilities & utilities including maintenance, repair, and contract services.
• Establishing and enforcing safety protocols in all facilities to ensure employee health and well-being.
• Ensuring that all facilities & utilities are properly maintained by hiring and supervising contractors, engineers, and other staff members.
• Monitoring compliance with local codes and regulations regarding building safety and fire prevention.
• Engage in continuous improvement of systems and processes.
• Recommends priorities and general strategies for facilities & utilities planning and plans for best allocation and utilization for resources.
Scope:
Responsible of machineries and production lines maintenance (Mechanical, Automation & Tooling) of core plants (Sesame, Tahina, Halawa, Jam, Food, Glucose & Sugar system) with leading +15 Manpower staff.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage the team according to communication cycle event and/or raised portals for the plants.
* Prepare the annual Maintenance budget and forecasts of all Capex & Opex.
* Manage continuous improvement of equipment's challenging maintenance cost (labor and SP).
* Facilitate and ensure achieving of plants maintenance KPI’s (OEE, PM, AM, PdM, MTTR & MTBF).
* Meets maintenance operational standards by contributing maintenance information to strategic plans; implementing production, productivity, quality, and resolving problems.
Scope:
Develop equipment strategies cost effective for all machines in the plant, improving planning of PM/PdM program(s), standards, analytical processes, documentation management and KPIs. in core plants (Sesame, Tahina, Halawa, Jam, Food, Glucose & Sugar system) with leading 3 Engineers inside the structure.
Key Responsibilities:
* Responsible for the development, implementation and continuous improvement of HB program (PM, PdM & AM) as well as improve KPI’s (MTTR, MTBF & OEE).
* Implement the plant standards for the equipment itself, components, spare parts and installation.
* Evaluate/validate the impact of corrective actions that impact availability/reliability and leverage solutions across a business or site (RCFA, Ishikawa & FTA).
* Project leader of Plant TPM effort with use reliability engineering principles and tools (Weibull, RCI, FMEA) to analyses the risk lead.
* Apply training and support to maintenance and manufacturing workers in machines standard maintenance operation.
Scope:
Ensure of production machines run time with applying maintenance procedures and best practices to maximize machines availability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Supervising technical staff with develop and apply machines preventive and autonomous maintenance.
* Sustain the implementation of CMMS approach inside factory.
* Support to achieve better maintenance KPI’s by reducing MTTR and increase MTBF.
* Identify sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation.
(MBA) with a Major in International Management in professional approaches in deepening and expanding the knowledge of management.
Technically, mechanical engineering is the application of the principles and problem-solving techniques of engineering from design to manufacturing to the marketplace for any object.
