With leading +85 Manpower staff (Managers, Section Heads, Senior Engineers, Specialist & Technicians).

Key Responsibilities:
Responsible to direct all Engineering, Maintenance, Utilities, Facilities & Projects across multiple sites
* Prepare the annual Engineering budget forecasts for all operational and capital Expenditure proposals as well as ensuring compliance with customer and legal requirements.
* Set clear targets and measures across the factories, giving live KPIs and feedback on progress against targets.
* Design and deliver a 5-year operating plan CPS with a focus on cultural change management and world-class manufacturing.
* Deliver a strategic plan of automation, digitization and centralization of processes and people.
* Provide engineering expertise and leadership throughout the organization and through all phases of the manufacturing lifecycle
* Work closely with the organizations executive team to reduce costs, reduce project time and grow the organization as a whole
* Drive Engineering teams - Ensuring all activities are planned and proactive to drive down costs and increase uptime on machines and site equipment
* Consult with COO and Senior Operation Managers to create long term manufacturing goals.

Projects, Utilities & Facilities Manager at Halwani Brothers Company
