Present Work Description:

Develop implements and continuously revise Policies & Procedures for referral Network to suit the business objective of the department in the company.
Define functional performance management structures ad mechanisms for systematic improvement of the department in the company define the strategy for the department which is in the line the overall strategy of the company.
Review and approve of report data analysis received from the Patient Support Team
Preparation of customer survey and reviewing the analysis of outcome.
Create and update quality checklist; review and approval of the finding and conclusions of referral network evaluation
Preparation of training materials, training TEC representatives& staff.
Set annual department and employees goals which support the department strategy and are in line and support the company in achieving their overall financial targets.
Manage daily operations and the employees of the department in a way that ensure achievement of department goals as defined.
Advise and monitor on the overall budget of the department with focus on cost containment and efficiency.
Ensure that business decisions and processes are documented in a professional way.
