DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Ensure the all HVAC Equipment’s are available and approved by
Inspection department prior to installation
• Coordinate with other discipline and ensure site clearance is available
to start the HVAC Activities
• Ensure the HVAC Ducts, Fittings, accessories and Child water pipes, m
j;fittings, accessories are available and approved by Inspection
department prior to installation
• Provide approved HVAC Shop drawing, MEP Co-ordination Drawing to
1. 482 villas at nad alshiba
2. Warsn buildings DUBAI
3. BADR phas -01 residential buildings DUBAI
Major Responsibilities:
• Installation of duct, FCU, Air outlets and all HAVC equipment as per approved drawing
• Ensure sufficient hand tools, power tools, ladder and scaffolding are available for installation
• Arrange the sufficient manpower such as Supervisor, Foreman, Duct fitter, pipe fitter,
Assistant duct and pipe fitter etc.. d ensure all of them attended safety orientation and having
proper PPE’s prior start installation activities at site
• Drainage system.
• Water supply works.
• Installation of Pumps.
