Plan and coordinate investigation responses, manage investigation operations and coordinate investigation activities with the authorities and other parties.
May lead individual accident investigations as Investigator-in-Charge.
Assess and organize investigation requirements.
Organize and direct examination of the aviation occurrence site.

Assigned to special investigations involving significant safety issues
Design, develop, administer, and implement a Safety Management System in compliance with regulatory requirement.
Monitor company’s safety systems; the competence of aviation personnel; and the safety aspects of aviation facilities, equipment, and procedures.
Formulate and Administrate Company’s SRB and SAG.
Design and Administrate Company’s ERP.
Conduct Safety Inspections.
Conduct internal Safety Investigations.
Control the Company’s SMM.

Inspection and Certification:
• Administer Airmen testing (Written, Oral, and Practical) in order to ascertain compliance with standards.
• Conduct surveillance activities as planned by POI in order ensure continued compliance with standards, procedures and policies.
• Issue Operation Specifications to holders of air operator’s certificates or operators certificate to ensure compliance with the standards.
• Participate in certification of carriage operators to ensure common carriage operators implement changes.
Revision:
• Review/Recommend the approval of manuals, training programs and check airmen to ensure compliance with the standards.
Policies, Systems, Processes & Procedures:
• Implement approved departmental policies, processes, procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled manner.
To manage the Company's Safety Management System: a systematic, explicit and comprehensive process for the management of safety risks, that integrates operations and technical systems with financial and human resource management, for all activities related to an air operator or an approved maintenance organization’s certificate.
When assigned as Manager Cabin Crew on Nov 2008, Alwafeer Air was only a Project; No Aircrafts, No crew, No Certificate and No HQ.
With the dedicated help of a team of professionals, we turned the project into a reality.
During the year 2009 I was heavily involved in obtaining our AOC, I designed, created and run half of the Flt Ops division; Manuals, Procedures, processes and above all....confidence in our operations. that included -but not limited to - F/As Manuals, Mini Evacs, Basic Indoct. Training to F/As and proving run flights for Saudi Civil Aviation Authority.
The first ONLY charter international airlines dedicated for Hajj and Umra operations is up in the air with an AOC, Three B747-400. and 190 F/As in my department.
PARTICIPATE IN ESTABLISHING AND DEVELOPING ACCIDENTS PREVENTION PROGRAM TO ENSURE THE HIGHEST CABIN SAFETY STANDARDS.
FOLLOW UP ALL PASSENGERS CABIN ACCIDENTS/INCIDENTS AND VIOLATION.
MONITOR THE IMPLEMENTATION OF SAFETY POLICIES AND PROCEDURES AS PER APPROVED SAFETY STANDARDS.
CARRYOUT PERIODICAL AND RANDOM INSPECTION FLIGHTS.
PARTICIPATE IN ORGANIZING PERIODICAL SPECIALIZED MEETINGS AND SEMINARS RELATED TO PASSENGERS CABIN FOR THE CONCERNED DEPARTMENTS AND INDIVIDUALS.
PROVIDE THE NECESSARY REPORTS WITH CORRECTIVE RECOMMENDATIONS.
Supervises and coordinates activities of flight attendants:
Assigns duties and areas of work to provide services for airline passengers. Observes activities of employees to evaluate work performance and maintains personnel records.
Explains and demonstrates methods and procedures for performing tasks. Prepares evaluation reports on performance of employees. Analyzes, records, and prepares reports of personnel activities.
Interprets company policies and practices for workers.
Update local procedures manuals and guides according to directives and oral instructions.
Assign working positions, following work requirements, to ensure quality and timely delivery of service.
Inspect work areas and operating equipment to ensure conformance to established standards in areas such as cleanliness and maintenance.
Observe and evaluate workers' appearance and performance to ensure quality service and compliance with specifications.
primary responsibility is to make sure that safety regulation on airplances are followed., also make sure passengers are comfortable during their flights.
