Send/Receive data transmissions (Replication) on a regular basis as set by immediate supervisor.
Responsible to produce the appropriate reports in accordance to the Logistics/CTM requirements set.
Prepare weekly & monthly reports on stock position and status of related sub-office always referring to warehouse spoiled commodities, expired and expected to be expired commodities.
Ensure updated and accurate record keeping for all warehouse, port and transit losses.
Maintain proper filing systems and Archiving of documents so that they may be retrieved promptly and efficiently when required.

Analyze data and report any discrepancies or irregularities to the logistics officer.
Liaise with the Transport Section in Logistics to resolve any queries or discrepancies in records or reports.
-Maintain pest-free storing condition in the warehouse.
