At SRACO Construction, my core responsibility is managing day-day-day operations in an accurate and efficient manner.
I am entrusted with calculating expenses for goods and services specific to project by gathering data from team members, subcontractors, and vendors.
I prepare ETC/EAC consistently to compare expenses against allocated budget.
I am responsible for keeping track of project details, generating estimates, and adjusting project costs to account for updated data by utilising cost estimation software.
One of my key tasks is to create, revise, and share deliverable schedules based on thorough analyses of project goals, constraints, and available assets.
Furthermore, I supervise processing of subcontractor payments by quantity surveyors.

My key-contributions for this role are mentioned below:
• Maintained privacy and confidentiality of all information to protect personal and business interests for existing and prospective clients.
• Leveraged professional expertise in formulating cost tracking tabulations to monitor individual on-hand expenditures for each BOQ item.

During my time at Elseif Engineering Contracting Company, I was monitoring key materials procurement & utilization by providing monthly material reconciliations for steel, concrete, backfill materials, blocks & sand, and paint.
I provided exceptional cost-controlling support for all project aspects, including creating back-charges and estimating actual versus projected costs for labour, materials, Subcontractors, and equipment's.
I was involved in preparing labour productivity reports on weekly and monthly basis as well as verifying and authenticating labour time sheets within Oracle PPM.
Developing direct analysis for major works like earthworks, precast works, concrete works etc.
Furthermore, I developed direct analyses for significant works, such as earthworks, precast works, and concrete works.

My notable outcomes for this role include:

As Quantity Surveyor/Cost Control Engineer, I prepared a quantity take-off for claims on behalf of the Change Management Department.
My notable duties were preparing monthly Upstream and downstream payments/variance as well as delivering assistance in bidding process from floating tenders and contract evaluations.
It is worth mentioning that I conducted an estimated quantity take-off for the materials. IFC/Shop Drawings
I monitored preparation and filing of claims and changes as well as followed up with Engineer's representative.

• Produced correct cash flow data by generating cost and value reports.
• Estimated material, time, and labour expenses accurately by conducting feasibility studies.
• Determined appropriate proposals by examining corporate bids for conformity with contract specifications.

In this role, I performed structural and architectural measurements to prepare cost estimates for projects.
I reviewed all consultant drawings and made effective recommendation to adjust site requirements.
