• Input received invoices/delivery notes in the computer system to generate goods receive notes (GRN)
• Guide material handlers, forklift operators in movements of materials in the warehouse such as unloading of incoming purchased materials from the vehicle, storing of received materials to assigned shelf locations; picking, issuing, loading and dispatching of materials to project sites; preparing inter-branch transfer of stocks based on material allocations; and arranging of stocks in the warehouse
• Input issued stores issue vouchers, transfer slips, material return documents in the computer system and check daily printout of audit trail reports to detect and correct erroneous inputs in the computer system
