Activities include generating Projects from Petrochemical Plants and Refineries, preparing weekly and monthly reports for progress, Networking, PR, Marketing the services of the company and the Kanoo Group. Achieving quarterly targets set by the Kanoo Management, complying with the standards and procedures developed by the company corresponding to the Quality Management Systems ISO 9001:2015 standards.

MESCO is constructing waste treatment, waste recovery, waste incineration facility in Royal Commission Jubail
Industrial city. By handling a team to review design, construction, and commissioning the facilities with the activities as
mentioned below,
• Review the bids submitted by various contractors for technical evaluation on potential contractor selection
• Review the design, scope of work provided by contractor and ensure that it is in full adherence to the technical
scope supplied and agreed.
• Coordinate and review the detail-engineering package submitted by engineering consultant for incinerator
package (furnace, piping, structures etc.)
• Supervision, project monitoring (construction, man-power, plan/schedule) to verify the Plan Vs Actual at site,
in corporate in weekly/monthly reports on management dashboard project performance s-curve.
• Verify contractor submissions, invoices, prepare reports, update management on project performance.
• Tracking, managing & completing all fit-out project and coordination with other departments within the company
to ensure that the requirements are complied with Regulatory standards
• Coordinate with governmental bodies such as Saudi Electricity, Marafiq Water supply and Royal Commission
engineering to ensure all documentation, requirements been fulfilled for the project.
• Assist Project Manager and General Manager to Implement, Control Level IV detailed schedule plan
• Suggest corrective action to avoid cost and schedule impact on the project, highlight on the Areas of Concern
leading to any Critical Activities and Slippage from the Milestone dates

Handled three Projects of SABIC affiliates, Assigned as a team lead to review design, and involve in development,
construction management and implementation of the project

per SABIC Standards along with FAT, FDS documents

history and submit the approved drawings for construction

responsibilities with achievable target dates

achieving the company EHSS Objectives in line with Client requirement
