As a legal advisor I was coordinating between the school admin and the legal representative, review the pre-signed contracts to choose the suitable contracts which has beneficial impact to our school, investigating the candidates who deserves disciplinary actions and warning letters, presenting the legal reports and financial claims owed by the school to protect its rights, taking part in the admin and registration process regarding the parents contracts by giving induction to the parents about the contracts and what is the usage of those contracts, receiving parent’s call and inquires, calling and following up with the parents who didn’t sign their contracts and make a tracker for the missing documents and participate in other HR activities by helping the recruitment and training departments if needed.

Working under the supervision of the Group HR Manager, Responsible for screening, interviewing, selecting and hiring the required candidates and following up their performance during the probation period by coordinating with their line managers, Creating job descriptions, filling the open positions and develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need, following up the recruitment cycle and creating the job offers for the new joiners, sourcing by searching for suitable candidates to fill up the required positions by utilizing the internet and media channels for recruiting, Defining policies, procedures and standards for the recruiting function, ensuring effective implementation of the established manpower planning policies, procedures and practices with respect to company requirements, preparing and executing contracts with the recruitment agencies in accordance with company policy and procedures.
