Nabeel Perfumes was established in 1969 and is a market leader in his segments throughout in GCC. The headquarters of the company is situated in Sharjah Airport International Free Zone - Dubai. The company is market leader in sales of Bakhoors, French Spray, Perfumes, Powder, and Soaps with over 40 showrooms and 1500+ dealers throughout GCC

Nabeel Perfumes consist of 3 brands such as The Spirit of Dubai, Chris Adams & NUVO and all are leaders in their market segment. We have our own outlets in all regions of Saudi Arabia & Middle East Region and branches in UK, USA and Australia and wholesale exporters around 60 countries and mainly in Asia, Africa & Europe

Reporting to the Managing Director & CEO, I am responsible for

•Retails Operations, Sales Management, Business Development
•Achieving Business Targets, Responsible for distribution and managing relations with channel partners
•Implementation of strategic activities for Market development & Sales Promotions
•To conduct an effective and successful promotions in key stores within the set brand guidelines
•Identifies opportunities, set objectives for placing equipment, space allocation, positing, promotional activities that lead to desired business results
•Decision making policy interpretation, work & accomplishment Develop & maintain effective business relation
•Training & development of the salesman team and total responsibility for the area under me
•Looking for new market to promote the sales turnover, improving customers relation & dealers relations
•Focus on competitor activity setting to field salesmen in meeting commitments made to the customers support for development the area shortage and collection support to the salesmen for open new accounts
•Competition Mapping: Monitoring complete study of their products, prices, merchandise, customers & opportunities
•Review of weekly/ monthly sales reports

•My Main Achievement in this job:

•All 6 retails shops in KSA (Jeddah, Makkah, Madina, Riyadh, Hassa & Dammam) is open in 1 year and locations selected by me in Hokair Malls & wholesale market and also taken care of all legal documents of shops with coordination of Saudi person
•Our sales team given sales in 1st year of SR.10 million as Retail Sales from all 6 shops
•After successful launch in Retail Markets the management given me to handle wholesale market throughout KSA (western, central, southern & Eastern regions)
•In 6 months our sales team given sales in wholesale market of SR.35 million

Reporting to the Board of Directors, I am responsible for

•Improve the operational systems, processes and policies in support of organizations mission - specifically, support better management reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planning
•Manage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency of Support Services (HR, IT and FINANCE), through improvements to each function as well as coordination and communication between support and business functions
•Play a significant role in long-term planning, including an initiative geared toward operational excellence
•Spearheaded the timely roll out of new products to targeted market segments and followed up with showrooms marketing activities, displays and related sales/marketing activities
