Responsible for supervision of resources & activities of 15K-Warehouse in relation to company’s objectives & targets. Create the plan to achieve the task - deliverables, measures, timescales, strategy and tactics; allocating sources and space according to the priorities & organizing special requirements.
Duties:
o Direct, plan, monitor and control the inbound from 220 local suppliers and foreign containers, off-loading, sorting and apposite binning in the warehouse.
o Managing the team of up to 40 individuals including weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations.
o Manage the Warehousing to include Storage, inventory, MRO’s, COSIS and Quality of 60, 000 locations and over 15, 000 line items.
o Responsible for Outbound of 26 retails, whole sale and C-stores (convenient stores) of TSC in Kuwait, Bahrain, Jordan, Lebanon and Oman.
o Conduct orientation and OJT’s to explain policies, work procedures.
o Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees; following up on work results and planning future capacity requirements.
o Producing regular reports and statistics on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Responsible for planning of 20K (3PL) Warehouse resources & activities in relation to company’s objectives & targets. Create the plan to achieve the task - deliverables, measures, timescales, strategy and tactics; allocating sources and space according to the priorities & organizing special requirements.
Duties:
o Plan and control the local and foreign inbound for Carrefour super and hyper markets in Dubai, UAE and Oman complying with the contractual requirements and perfectly matching the APLs.
o Manages the team of 60 individuals including weekly rosters and leading staff evaluations.
o Manages Inbound & outbound to include Receiving, Storage, Inventory, Shipping and Quality of 90, 000 locations, over 20, 000 Line Items.
o Communicate with CSR and plan the inbound containers movement according to the BL (bill of lading) numbers after the customer’s confirmation and coordinate to the transportation department for pick up from port.
o Control and maintain the receiving, outbound metrics and APL’s throughout the tenure.
o Create and successfully executed cross dock operation’s plan for Carrefour in all over UAE super and hyper stores.
o Implemented improved inbound and outbound processes and procedures that streamlined distribution.
o Ensuring compliance with all the health, safety, hygiene and security regulations.

Responsible for the management and operations of 112, 698 square feet 3PL - warehouse space with over 10, 000 line items complying with contractual requirements and perfectly matching the APLs.
Duties:
o Direct the process which includes the planning, production, inventory control, logistics and distribution.
o Supervises a team of several persons, operators, packers, forklift truck drivers, orders preparation technicians and activities with multiple tasks going on at the same time.
o Organize and coordinate operations of physical flows management (receiving, warehousing, orders preparation, expedition), by optimizing the quality / costs / lead-time.
o Segregation, consolidation and packing in centralized receiving area as per the CENTCOM rout plan more than 100 SSA’s and 500 DODAAC’s.
o Arrange and coordinate consignments and incoming orders between the U.S.A., Asia, and Europe. Taking care of over 3000 MRO’s daily from internal warehouses and outside transit shipments as well.
o Building &Shipping almost 100 463L built pallets every day to APOD’s (KWI, Ali Al Salem and commercial carriers) in the specific period of time.
o Delivery of small parcels and priority based shipments through courier (FedEx, UPS & DHL) as per the customer’s demand.

Team Leader (GIC- Subcontractor)
Guiding and motivating to help colleagues, work together and ensure they’re delivering good customer service.
Duties:
o Provide services to Military units deployed in the Camp Arifjan complex, receiving and delivery of packages, and provide customer service.
o Plan and motivate people to achieve customer satisfaction for US Army by processing in time.
o Communicate clear instructions to team members
o Create daily reports and uphold office filing and keeping all the office data.
o Communicate in English language by phone or individual in a one-to-one or group setting.
o Maintains the Accountability Report for the HCN’s working for KBR (Kellogg Brown and Roots) Subcontracted by GIC, daily briefing for TSTI (Total Safety Task Instructions).
o Also worked on Customer Service Desk for Assistance and Taking care of Customers.
o Create reports to update the management on the team's progress

Data Entry Operator.
Responsible for performing journey-level data entry work using a personal computer and appropriate software, entering, updating, researching, verifying and/or retrieving data into/from various systems, and ensuring the accuracy and confidentiality of information recorded. Performs related duties as assigned.
Duties:
o Insert customer and account data by inputting text based and numerical information from source documents within time limits
o Compile, verify accuracy and sort information according to priorities to prepare source data for computer entry
o Review data for deficiencies or errors, correct any incompatibilities if possible and check output
o Apply data program techniques and procedures
o Generate reports, store completed work in designated locations and perform backup operations
o Keep information confidential
o Maintains operations by following policies and procedures; reporting needed changes
o Secures information by completing data base backups.

Quality Controller.
Performs complete layout inspection by measuring dimensions, such as length, height, and distance, between reference points, using precision instruments such as micrometers and callipers to ensure product meets specifications.
Duties:
o 100% visual and dimensional inspection as required to meet customer engineering and specification requirement.
o Conduct Inventory & Discrepancy report from production to Quality Section.
o Assist in filling system ISO 9001-2000 Certificate.
o Ensure that products and services are at their highest quality before they reach the consumer
o To inspect for completeness and or damage as well as proper identification.
o 100% visual and or dimensional inspection as required to meet customer engineering and specification requirements.
o Complete all necessary inspection forms and reports.
o Observe sustainability company’s quality standards and safety rules and regulations.
