5. In addition to above, as our application is critical to HP’s enterprise business we do deep level production support with have tight SLA’s(Service Level Agreement). Almost 20% of my time is spent in analyzing, tracking and solving production tickets. This process needs close interaction with HP’s Business team and Enterprise Customers.
6. As onsite Release Manager located at Cupertino, CA, USA was responsible for coordinating with cross assets(other assets interaction with our application) and clients for smooth application deployment. The Release Manger is responsible for all the aspects of Release Management up till the end of the release and the warranty time.
7. As onsite Development Operations Manager(Palo Alto, CA, USA) was responsible for supporting production application. The role required prioritization of production issues and delivering solutions in a timely manner.
8. As offshore DCC Manager was responsible for putting together physical infrastructure for the software application.
