 Provide timely/calendar maintenance and efficient Electrical & Mechanical Engineering services to the production assets to ensure optimum operation, minimum loss time and maximum asset life.
 Plan preventive maintenance in consultation with planning. yearly maintenance strategy, (PM, BD, Planned Maintenance, calibration & verification of the equipment’s, modification, budgeting, involve in spare parts purchasing)
 Supervise breakdowns and restore production with minimal time loss.
 Support development work via process improvement, machine upgrade, etc. thereby enabling continuous improvement.
 Recommend and co-ordinate with external contractors for services that are outside the in-house scope to ensure timely completion of works.
 Maintain the records in Asset Management software and as per ISO and BASEC requirements to provide the required management data.
 Train, motivate and build a successful engineering team.
 ERP System (Maximo): Asset management for structuring and organizing all the assets of the organization and work management for organizing the various maintenance activities (location, assets, failure code, condition monitoring, inventory, purchase, maintenance services and history) of the organization.
