Responsibilities:
•To ensure the smooth and efficient service and operation of the laundry department.
•Monitors laundry production and ensures linen distribution levels meet hotel needs.
•Maintain efficient and effective communication with internal and external customers.
•Controls operating expenses, monitors staff attendance, time keeping and overtime.
•Provides instruction and direction to all laundry staff and supervisor.

•Check the marking tags and remove or cover fancy and nylon buttons.
•To make sure linen and clothing is not damaged due washing process.
•To use the right chemicals as per training and no other chemicals without Laundry
Manager's permission and also consult Laundry Manager whenever in difficulty.
