• In charge of all aspects related to the quality of the works on site
• Be aware of project specifications requirements.
• To Coordinate with Site Crew & Technical office for the Execution of works on site
• To Raise Inspection Request whenever the execution works are ready and found comply with Approved Drawings & Specification
• To inspect, independently as well as jointly with the client's representative, various sequences of the works, as per the Inspection Test Plan and report any conformance on the inspection sheet.
• Raise NCR against any activities found non comply with project approved requirement and to Follow up until rectifications are performed (IAR)
• Monitor the test report results and Ensure comply with Project specification / Requirements
• Report to the QC Manager / Project Manager any lack of site works found not comply with Project requirements
• Follow up all the activities for Subcontractor(s).
• Assist the QA/QC manager in implementing, monitoring and improving the procedures described in the quality management system.
• Setting up and managing the site QC lab.
• Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the project manager.
• Arrange/establish concrete mix design on sites for various grades of concrete
• Prepare project quality report & submit to QA/QC Manager for review on every fortnightly.
• Conduct briefing to site staff on Quality Procedures / Work Instructions/Standards related to their scope of works.
• Conduct daily site walk and monitor work methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC system. Raise QA/QC Observations & propose corrective & preventive actions in conjunction with Construction Manager & relevant site staff. Monitor & follow-up on action items.
• Review of supplier/sub-con. Quality plans against contract requirements
• Review supplier inspection procedure, material certificates and personnel qualifications.
• Maintain & update records related to QA/QC functions.
Extension of Aircraft Taxiways & New parking stands
• Construction of aircraft parking stand at Quebec & Juliet.
• Inspection of incoming material and reporting to the Quality manager
• Conduct daily site walk and monitor work methods against inspection & test plan and QA/QC system. Raise QA/QC Observations & propose corrective & preventive actions in conjunction with Construction Manager & relevant site staff. Monitor & follow-up on action items.

• Maintain & update records related to QA/QC functions.
• Witness Laboratory Rock Testing as per Project Specification
• Maintain NCR (Non Conformance Reports) and further follow up.
• Update logs of CAR’s (Corrective Action Report) and PAR’s (Preventive Action Report) & RFI’s (Request for Inspection).
• Ensure all works carried out are in compliance with the project requirements and that the workmanship is up to the required level of quality
Responsible for all activities related to the whole structural works & manholes. inspection of Daily activities of work Such as in which consists of Foot bridges, Diaphragm walls, Sewerage Manholes, Strom water Manhole’s, irrigation pipe lines, sewerage pumping station, piling concreting, pile caps concreting, bottom slab, Micro Tunneling, reclamation materials, GRP/GRE pipes, Water proofing system around the construction concrete works handing over for manholes
Responsible for all site construction activities such as excavation, reinforcements concrete works and provision of all related services.
Supervision of piling works; monitoring field progress; preparation of daily/weekly progress reports; coordination with consultant and site staff. Infrastructure work, reinforcement work, diaphragm wall, piling work and concrete poring of pile and drilling. Koden, sonic test., retaining wall, sheet piling. Scrutiny of shop drawings and ensuring compliance with contract drawings and design requirements
