Acting like Region Manager Responsible for all sales activities in Abudhabi region, related to Oil& Gas customers, Marine and Power Generation sectors(End users, EPCs, Marine Services and Outsourcing companies).
Preparation, submitting and following up the quotations according to the customers requirements.
Maintain the business relationship with the present clients and opening new doors.
Cold calls, technical presentations, meetings are part of daily objectives.
Supervise the utilization of equipment and manpower at the time of receiving the POs.
preparation of the forecast and source of revenue sheets for management reporting purposes.
sales plan and market analysis is to be included in quarterly plan.
follow up with the registration and pre qualification depts the status of vendor evaluation.
Duties included:
-Responsible to secure the sales of principals’ products, by checking and discovering all the opportunities and potentials where the represented products can be supplied and installed.
-Responsible for representing the product to customers and at field events such as conferences, seminars, etc. and answer the client's questions, then make recommendations on which products best fit their client's needs.
-Support our customers with the design inputs during the project feed stage and work as a close partner to make sure that our products are considered and preferable.
-Follow up the new projects with all parties (clients, consultants, EPCs, end users) from the pre-feed stage till the award or project execution stage.
-Responsible to follow up with the registration & prequalification departments for all new products as well as principles with the customers, such as ADNOC companies and local EPCs.
-Review the purchase orders and letters of award to make sure that all are according to the company policies and regulations.
-Manage procurement and contracts agreements with the sub suppliers for the awarded projects.
-Project management, supervising and coordinating work of vendors according to the customers’ requirements and contract agreements & conditions.
-Preparing the sales plans, sales forecast, actions plan for the in hands products.
-Ability to schedule preventative maintenance, respond to urgent maintenance calls and participate in the creation of emergency preparedness plans. For the sold/installed equipments with the coordination with maintenance department.
-Working in conjunction with the sales team as the key technical advisor and product advocate for our products.
-Able to articulate technology and product positioning to both business and technical users
-Able to establish and maintain strong relationships throughout the sales cycle with both customers & vendors.
-Responsible for new business and market establishment as well as maintaining existing business with the present clients..
-Providing the customers with latest solutions, updated designs and latest technology which can be used to improve the production and enhance the quality development.
-Negotiating with the clients during the final stage and closing deals
-Following up with the carrier’s cargo, delivery of the materials and the payments issues.
-Updating and reporting to the management regarding our customer business relation ships and customer’s satisfactions, sales plan and sales target.
- Performing cooling load calculations using Trace and HAPP software.
- Performing ventilation load calculations using ASHRE ventilation load catalogues.
- Equipment selection using manufacturers’ selection software and online catalogues.
- Duct sizing and pipe sizing.
- Elaborating ducting and piping systems’ riser diagrams.
- Responsible for HVAC design check and review during design phase.(pump head calculation & ESP calculations for fans, FCU & AHU.
- Designing for the pressurization system for fire smoke.
- Checking on the draftsmen’s work.
- Reporting to the senior project engineer.
- Good knowledge in fire fighting and water supply design services.
