1. Arrange travel for the section individuals and consultants including: Secure flight booking; security clearance; visas; TA; hotel accommodation and transportation; Trip reports and related logistics.
2. Maintain the EPO’s list.
3. Organizing the library and cabinets.
4. Provide support related to individual and institutional contracts (creating contracts, processing payments)
5. Update and maintain the projects list.
6. Generate budget reports periodically.
7. Track the attendance sheet.
8. Maintain logs and files, and update records in prescribed format for subsequent use, General logistic support related to the section (arrange the mail, shipments)
9. Draft the monthly cash forecast.
Support the regional meetings, trainings and workshops
1. Preparation of all participant folders and packages.
2. On-site support, including registration.
