- Good understanding of MS Active Directory 2003, 2008 and 2012, DNS & DHCP.
- Helpdesk management tools, preferably Lotus Notes and Manage Engine.
- Update windows to all machines and install all patches for security issues.
- - Perform system, networking and hardware maintenance, support software and applications.
- Hand-on experience in administering the server, Desktop, Laptop, and Backup & Peripherals.
- Configure outlook mail on Smart phones ..
- Use mail marshal.
- Connect UTB cable in patch panel.
- Connect networks cables and access point monitoring network security, particularly if the network connects to the internet
- working closely with other departments/organizations and collaborating with other IT staff.

- Receive and record technical and/or application support calls from end users.
- Provide investigation, diagnosis, resolution and recovery for hardware/software problems. When unable to resolve, escalate to second or third level in accordance with Help Desk escalation processes.
- Maintain overall ownership of user’s issue & service ensuring that they receive resolution within a reasonable timeframe.
- Provide initial assessment of urgency and business impact on all support calls.
- Manage service requests, software installations, new computer setups, upgrades, etc.
- Record incident resolutions in the Help Desk tool.
- Provide enhancement request feedback to IT regarding technology environment and customer needs through the defined processes.
- Support the following technologies: Microsoft Office 2010 products - Outlook, Word, Excel, Access, Internet Explorer, Windows XP, desktops, laptops, printers, networked copiers, NIC’s, basic LAN/WAN connectivity and others as assigned.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Ability to communicate well with internal and external contacts

Administor on network's servers (server 2003, ISA server, mail Exchange server, data server).

Maintinance computers, switching devices, and other terminal devices .

Customer services and deal with many salesmen of companies and provide them with any information they need it
