Seconded from Injazat Data Systems to one of the ministries in Abu Dhabi (in November 2015) where the following responsibilities were carried out:

Established - from scratch - the Project Management Office in the bank, and ran the department until departure from the bank.

Played a direct role in redesigning the Solution Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for the Information Technology Division within bank.

System evaluation and mediation between Mareb Yemen Insurance Company (MYIC) in Yemen, and Arabic Expert Centre for Consultancy and Systems (AEC) to resolve standoff in completion and delivery of insurance system.
Managed the eCommerce Gateway project (around A$850, 000) to provide a secure solution for Internet access to eCommerce applications and data servers. The project team comprised multi-functional AXA employees and third party vendor.
I was also a member of the project team involved in the development of eBusiness strategy to support AXA's corporate website, Intranet and extranet activities. This involved the design and restructure of relevant operational and business processes.
As part of the outsourced IT service provision to the Victorian State Revenue Office (SRO), I was primarily responsible for identifying business opportunities, as well as process and system improvements within the client’s operations. This was accomplished by investigating the client’s business functions, with less-than-optimum efficiency. After which, predefined and accepted company-specific business methodologies were applied to provide the best possible solutions.
I was reporting to the Bank's Group Financial Controller, where I was responsible for the production of periodic Management and Regulatory reports, as well as the preparation and analysis of reports to quantify areas of significant Treasury risks to the Bank, specifically liquidity, interest rate sensitivity and off-balance sheet exposure.
Later on I was assigned to the project team involved in implementing the new global operating and reporting system as the Business Analyst. My primary assignment was to define the bank’s overall MIS and EIS requirements for the consolidation and reporting system. I was also responsible for setting up the bank’s entire accounting rules for all modules in the core system.
