Spearhead all sales, marketing and business development activities to achieve revenue targets ensuring all enhancement plans are in place ensuring customers’ expectations are achieved / exceeded with strict adherence to agreed SOW and delivery within time lines.
* Present technical solutions in line with NFPA standards, Emirates Codes and project / customer requirements along with contract proposal to facilitate successful implementation
* Determine annual and gross-profit plans by forecasting & developing annual sales, projecting expected sales volume & profit for existing / new products, analyzing trends & results, establishing pricing strategies, recommending selling prices, monitoring costs, competition, supply and demand
* Identify marketing opportunities by analyzing consumer requirements, defining market / competitor's share and competitor's strengths & weaknesses, forecasting projected business and establishing targeted market share
* Set marketing goals ensuring meeting / exceeding all growth and development targets by actively establishing / maintaining market awareness, acceptance and allegiance
* Create, develop and implement delivery of the company’s marketing strategy to meet needs of overall business plan
* Ensure targets are achieved in each performance area quantifying utmost client satisfaction by conducting periodical training sessions to team members
* Execute client centric operations ensuring their satisfaction by achieving delivery and service quality norms
* Supervise the support & logistics teams during project processing
* Consult with all parties associated with the project (Contractors, Consultants & Clients) in order to secure the finalization of the project
* Synchronize with internal divisions to ensure clarity on deliverables, procurements, collection, installation, testing commissioning and handing over to ADCD & clients
* Involved in sales & marketing of low current systems like CCTV, Access Control, Public Address, Structured Cabling, Master Clock System, SMATV, Audio Visual systems, etc.
* Proposed offers for integrating security systems through effective negotiations, closing deals, supervising technicians during systems installation, testing, commissioning and handing over
* Prepared and gave away demonstrations on software modules / solutions to clients to match their business requirements
