Duties
- Purchaser Description:
(A) Purchase or contract for supplies, services and equipment required by any using agency, within the limits of the current budget approved by the consultant.
(B) Negotiate and recommend execution of contracts for the purchase of supplies, services and equipment.
(C) Act to procure the needed quality in supplies, services and equipment at least expense the company.
(D) Keep informed of current developments in the field of purchasing, prices, market conditions and new products.
(E) Prescribe and maintain such forms as are reasonably necessary to conform to the requirements of this chapter and other rules and regulations;

(F) Supervise the inspection of all supplies, services and equipment purchased to insure conformance with specifications.
(G) Recommend to the manager to transfer of surplus or unused supplies and equipment between departments and sites, as needed, and the sale of all supplies and equipment unsuitable.
(H) Maintain a bidders list, vendors file, and such other records as are needed for the efficient operation of the purchasing function.

- Logistic Description:
(a) Follow up the Material Request after its bead Issued by the service manages, and after the L.P.O Release I follow with Supplier’s for getting material on site.
(b) Supervising the stores of project for receiving to match the specified Items
Issuing and Providing the Balance stock list.
(c) Insuring the tools distribution & receiving. And keeping the same ready to use at any time.
(d) Coordination with the project service manager’s for getting sample’s & solution for the required misc materials from the local market.
(e)Arranging the required tracking documents needed for the Payment Certificate of the delivered materials
