Job Profile - Online & Digital Marketing Head - Group Wockhardt Hospitals. - Corporate Role

•Leading the team of Online & Digital Marketing by ensuring smooth functioning of the Social Media Campaigns, Google Campaigns, Website & SEO functioning & update.
•Formulating Digital marketing strategies in order to increase brand visibility and improve online brand positioning of the business and also to succeed in achieving business goals which requires to work closely with cross-functional and business teams to create and deliver effective marketing programs, campaigns and events.
•Understanding offline & online space and upcoming trends that would cater to the growth for both B2B and B2C.
•Develop and manage the seasonal content strategy and plan/schedule the same.
•Thinking beyond the basics on social media and manage brand to develop a meaningful Social personality. Identify and tap into new channels to optimize ROI and increase revenue growth.
•Targeting International Markets (GCC Countries, Africa, UK, USA) for lead generation campaigns through Social Media & Google Adwords to increase the Medical tourism in Wockhardt Hospitals group.
•Tracking performance of the website coming from paid and organic mediums which includes site traffic, banner advert performance and back links through Google Analytics.
•Manage campaigns on a day-to-day basis ensuring that approved design and technical solutions are executed to the highest levels of quality.
•Responsible for App Development for various business functions. Patient App, Referral Management App, Sales Force Automation App and the implication of these apps across the formats (Web App, Android & IOS.)
•Mobile application development for the patient as a user to book the appointment, Book Health check up, and Path Lab services on the app. This is being made in Android & IOS platforms.
•Developed a Referral Management app to manage the patient referrals referred by Local Physicians to the Hospital. The app is designed in such a way so that all the stake holders (Referral Doctor, Sales Person, Marketing Head & Hospital Doctor gets the intimation and they make proper communication to each oher to close the loop.
•Lead Management tools through CRM to track the incoming Leads across all platforms.

Achievement: Won the Best Marketing Campaign in Healthcare 2015 - awarded by ABP News Healthcare Leadership Awards.
