when required.

Manage and guide sub-ordinates on PMC roles.

Timely submission of deliverables (sectional claims and reports) to Client.

Chairing/Participating periodical meetings with Contractor, Consultant and Client.

Implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions, as relevant and required by the Quality Management System (QMS).

Review and draft respond to the contractor’s and consultant’s submissions

Monitoring works progress, reports and project deliverables.

Monitor and assess Contractor and consultant work performance.

Monitoring the Interim Payment Application (IPA) and Interim Payment Certificates (IPC).

Review Extension of Time (EOT) application and advice any entitlement to Client.

Assist in reviewing assessment on Variation Order and dispute claims.

Monitor, coordinate and liaise with relevant parties on site issues.

Monitor WPC's submission of Operation and Maintenance (O&M) Manuals, Certificates and Warranties.

Advise Client on the issuance of Certificate of Practical Completion (CPC) and Occupation Permit (OP), and the issuance of Certificate of Completion of Making Good Defects (CMGD), upon completion of rectification works.

construction of 91 km of 2 lanes R5 road, 1 interchange, 9 river bridges and 1 rest & Service area with contract value of
RM 1.6 billion to ensure compliance to Condition of Contract, schedule, budget and safety.
• Ensured the approved design documents were delivered to contractor and resident engineer team. Deeply involved
in reviewing the design proposal, work program, material submittal, method statement, shop drawing, technical
queries, payment, variation order and claim.
• Value engineering - reviewed the details of the approved construction drawings to identify and proposed the redesign
based on site condition and detail ground test results, which achieved a proposed cost saving of RM 15.18 million.

• Successfully coordinated interdisciplinary contractors (infra, M&E and system), whereby, reduced conflict, avoided
abortive works and ensured smooth work progress.
• Deeply involved in reviewing the design proposal, work program, material submission, method statements, shop
drawings, progress claim, variation order, etc.
• Carried out routine inspection and monitoring, on contractor's performance, progress and compliance to specification,
schedule and safety requirement.
• Spearhead the site team in tracking the overall handover process while securing the relevant Certificate of Practical
Completion (CPC) and Certificate of Completion and Compliance (CCC).
• Fully participated in Variation Order (VO) and Extension of Time (EOT) committee meeting.

Directly reported to Head of Construction and effectively carried out the assigned tasks for construction of KTMB
workshop & depot facilities and training school & staff quarters which can facilitated up to 360 residential participants
and 200 non-residential participants.
• Ensured updated construction documents made available at site, led and prepared the defect list inspection and
maintained the project QAQC and technical correspondence files.
• Extensively involved in inspection of construction work and review of construction method statement, shop drawings,
as-built drawing, technical proposal and evaluate the progress claim submission.
• Closely monitored supervising consultant team performance in responding to technical issues.

contractor's work complied to specification, QAQAC plan, Safety and schedule.
• Analyzed, reviewed and drafted the response of the test result, technical queries and reports submitted by the
contractor for Resident Engineer approval.
• Reviewed and verified contractor's progress claim and report.
• Recommended to Resident Engineer to redesign the utilized of water stop (based on site water level) which saved the
cost of RM60 thousand.
• Created the format forms of project quality plan for site implementation - Request for Inspection (RFI), Technical Query
(TQ), Inspection and Test Plan (ITP) and material submission form.
• Trained the junior clerk of work (COWs) in carrying out his/her supervision and reporting work
• Meticulously checking on contractor's safety compliance with no major accident during my working period.

Project: Lumut maritime terminal jetty extension (RM35 million)
Reported to Site Manager, and fully responsible for on-site activities (bore piling, dredging, pr including to manage and
coordinate 180 site workers, assisted by a site surveyor, a rigger and 2 site supervisors.
• Instrumental in conceiving a novel idea in decreasing the time need for bore piles dewatering process from 20 minutes
to just 5 minutes which lead to progress of pile cap, cross beams and deck slab can be constructed by 2 months ahead
of schedule.
• Achieved overall project completion by 6 months ahead of schedule.
• Ensured all the project and QAQC files were updated accordingly.
• Successfully managed the casting and delivery of precast girders within the scheduled.
• Achieved zero LTI during the construction duration.
• Directly involved in site planning, procurement and dealing with specialist dredging contractor.
• Acted as the company's representative to liaise with client, vendors and local authorities.

Chenderoh Hydro Power Plant Rehabilitation Project (RM105 million)
Reported to Site Manager (Civil) and collaborated with mechanical and electrical team; to replace 3 units of intake
structures, penstock, turbines and outlet structures inside the 60 years old dam, where, well planned method of
construction, plant regulation compliance and safety were crucial. Also, construction of a new powerhouse and
switchyard.
• Prepared the monthly progress report (civil works) for site manager's review.
• Assisted Site Manager in reviewing sub-contractor's submissions (method statement, reports and progress claim).
• Witnessed and verified all the relevant tests conducted at site and factory.
