Strategy Formulation, Implementation and Planning:

 Formulate and lead the implementation of the IT strategy in line with the company vision, mission and corporate objectives.
 Ensure that the overall strategy is translated into annual operational business plans for IT and the performance is monitored annually to ensure business plans are in line with the overall strategy.

 Manage System, Network, ERP, Backup, Storage and Help Desk staffs, facilitate communication, and resolve conflicts.

 Evaluate, select and manage solutions providers, vendors and business partners.

Organization Structure:

 Define an optimum organization structure and direct the development of functional structures so that resources are optimally utilized, and communication can take place in an efficient manner.

Budgets and Plans:

 Direct / manage the preparation and consolidation of the IT budgets and monitor financial performance versus the budget so that the business is aware of anticipated costs/revenues.

Roll out and Implementation:

 Manage the roll out of the IT projects, from definition and envisioning stage through the analysis, design and implementation stage ensuring optimum integration level of business to the ERP systems.

 Manage the acquisition, implementation and maintenance of the hardware & software that meet the expected outcomes of the IT-enabled programs and is in accordance with the business needs.
 Develop and follow a set of procedures and standards within IT that is consistent with organization’s overall procurement process to acquire IT infrastructure, facilities, hardware, software and services.
 Provide guidance on complex issues for the implementation of the IT infrastructure.

 Develop techniques and procedures for conducting IT security risk assessments and compliance audits, evaluation and testing of hardware, firmware and software for possible impact on system security, and investigation and resolution of security incidents.

 Direct / manage the development & implementation of IT policies, processes, procedures covering different areas of function to fulfil all procedural/legislative requirements.
