1. System Administration:
• Configuring Member Server (Windows Server 2008 r2) and Clients (Windows 7).
• Travelling to client sites to help with installs deployment and troubleshooting.
• Configuring and testing of any new Hardware and Software.
• Active Directory Services.
• Active Directory Group Policy Objects (GPO);
• DNS.
• Remote Desktop Management.
• User Profile Management.
• Disk Management.
• Permissions/Access control lists.
• Providing technical support to other branch offices by remote access applications.
• Installing Multi-functional Printers and Troubleshooting.
• Installing Autodesk Products.
• IMAP Email Configuration.

2. Network Administration:
• MikroTik (Router OS) hand-on experience.
• Able to handle Router OS firewall rules.
• Remote configuration.
• VPN Configuration.
• NATs
• Subnets
• Cabling and Switching.

3. System and Network Security:
• Installing and Monitoring Various Antivirus Applications in Members Sever and Client PC.
• Setup Strong firewall rules to protect the Local Network from threats and Phishing activities.

4. Backup and Maintenance:
• Maintaining Online Backup for Application Servers and Database Systems.
• Physical backup of Client Systems to prevent data loss.

5. IT Purchasing:
• Purchasing Computer Peripheral’s, Networking tools and Equipment’s.
• Meeting Sales Personnel to fulfill IT requirements.

6. Other Responsibilities:
• Maintaining Fax Server.
• Configuring Atcom IP PBX server.
• Setting up Finger Print Machines.
• Follow up Repair and maintenance of IT Products.
