• Sand control for Lower Completion exposure with Gravel Pack Packer, GP Packer Extension, GP packer Services Tool, Torque Thru Quick Connect, Premium Stand Alone Screen and slim-type sliding side door.
• Analyzed and executed Reservoir Drill-in-fluid (RDIF) and breaker fluid formulation for Open-Hole Stand Alone Screen with maximum BHT 300F including perform lab testing.
• Trouble shoots operational and technical issue during completion and well start up operation and able to react to the changes promptly.
• Prepared in scope of work preparation for the new contracts related to completion and workover.
• Evaluate tender and contract documents for Completion Operation including Wellbore Clean-up, Completion Equipment and Services, Downhole Sand Control, Pressure Downhole Gauge, Wellhead and Christmas Tree and associated tender.
• Planned and in-charged for detail engineering as part of Basis of Design (BOD) for infill, HPHT and depleted wells including performance benchmarking across the global data.
• Person in charge to prepare time and well cost estimate and AFE for shallow wells and HPHT wells with range of well cost from USD 10 mil to USD 50 mil per well.
• Lead Failure Mode Effect Analysis (FMEA), Risk Assessment (RA) and Job Hazard Analysis for drilling and completion operation and incident investigation.
• Finalized and executed Completion Program with collaboration with Subsurface and Facilities team including finalized completion fluids program and details operation procedure.
• Managed most of completion services partners towards the high-quality standard and smooth operation.

• Focal person for completion operation preparation including Complete Well-on-Paper (CWOP) and group facilitator for Abandon Well-on-Paper (AWOP) both virtual and face-to-face session.

• Designed completion schematic and program of monobore completion for gas well as per API requirement and meet the Well Integrity Managements Systems.

• Drilling:
o Involved in Phase-1 Dev. Campaign (78 wells), 2010 Exploration & Appraisal Campaign (8 wells) and Phase-2 Dev. Campaign (25 wells) and prepared contract document, well program and operation execution.
o Designed the well completion program for HPHT well at Muda Field during E & A Campaign 2010.
• Well Completion:
o Involved directly into completion design related to tubing sizes and material selection (carbon steel, 13 Chrome, Super 13 Chrome) based on type of wells for Exploration, Appraisal and Development Wells.
o Provide draft and final job program and tubing tally for offshore crew before running completion.
o Worked closely with contractors on completion jewelleries and components selection such as downholse safety valve, float shoe, tubing centralizer, hydraulic control line, side pocket mandrel, gas lift valve and flow control equipments.
o Programmed horizontal and standalone sandscreen completion in Phase 2 Dev. Campaign. Conducted specific engineering studies for future completion design and analyzed and rectified the existing problems during operation.
o Supervised and witnessed completion operation at rig both for Development and Exploration campaign which able to work in hard and challenging situation.
