 To prepare comparison sheet and finalize the supplier in co-ordination with the management and issue letter of intent
 To carry out the approval for all the material and equipment needed for the project as per specification, under assurance of code of standard to be use
 Material quantity take off, ordering, follow up and proper storage.
 To carry out all kinds of engineering calculations of Hydraulic Systems, Air Handling Equipments.

 Handling site supervisor, foreman effectively utilizing their strength & training them to achieve base program schedule.
 Maintaining all safety standards at site.
 Attend coordination meetings with the architect consultant and request for site coordination.
 To Maintain a close communication with consultant and design engineer to short out the difficulty in site
 To carry out the pre inspection for work done at site prior to submit the RFI to consultant
 To prepare the final inspection requirement with consultant and get approval
 To apply the QMS (quality management system )in Project practically implement it in every phase of work
 To carry out the Material Submittal for material inspection and approval
 To conduct the meeting with consultant and client regarding the project issues
