• Monitor the contract execution, risk, finance and payment term & condition in conjunction to project progress. Working in tandem with Estimation department to ensure all the Variation Order is recorded and timely informed, certified, execute and bill out to the client.
• Follow up with operation on production of the material (5000 Metric Ton/ monthly) to ensure smooth project schedule and shipping of material onsite, provide valuation report of the erection subcontractor performance, time and error occurrence during project erection and execution.
• Spearhead 9 No’s of Project Management Engineers to discuss project concerns and accomplishments. Support and train subordinates to acquire desired customer relation skills to enable optimum service and assistance to the clients. Reports overall project claim status and make sure all engineer attending each in timely manner.
• Site Meeting with client to get more precise site condition and tackle the problem on the spot. Onsite measurement and alignment survey to feed engineering for further investigate the issues arise onsite. Assist Steel Structure erection and construction coordination onsite.
• Reports project status, customer concerns, complaints and action plan to the General Manager Project Department. Address customer concerns with the department heads and proactively suggest action plan in order to come up with the best solution.
• Review of all the proposal drawings and building parameter, specification, technical requirement, seeking the optimum balance between cost, quality and time requirements and feed to Engineering departments. Perform Technical Design and Coordination to ensure steel structure suit well with other feature of the building from Architecture aesthetic to Mechanical, Electric and Plumbing services.
• Administering and overseeing construction activities of 49 stories Tower including 7 Levels of Podium and 2 Basements. Comprise of Reinforce Concrete Work, Architectural and MEP work.
• Reviewing propose project schedule verses Master Work Programme (Primavera) and suggesting the optimum solution to balance cost, production and quality requirements. Manage Project breakdown according to subcontractor Area allocation to create competitive work environments by awarding the best performance contractor with more area to work.
• Produce labor forecast and production for one month look ahead and present to project manager for discussion and action. Ensure and provide details report on productivities rate for each trade, i. e concreting, block work, plastering, tiling, false ceiling etc.
• Manage subcontractor claim and variation. Record abortion work and material wastage, back charge to subcontractor for deduction. Evaluation of Subcontractor performance and provide merit point for rewards of more area to work. Rise NCR (Non Conformance Report) to Sub Contractors and issues Work Order to initiate rectification work.
• Liaising with architecture work subcontractors to meet target dates and Coordination of construction activities, to achieve work cycle per Floor’s per working team groups. Analyze the best practice on site to gain optimization of work method, manpower, time consumption and work quality acceptable by consultant.
• Tracking and updating progress onsite and certified work done, feeding commercial department and planning department. Liaise with Commercial department for ordering Material, check against site need and balancing with stock on the site. Actively engage in Extension of Time (EOT) committees.
• Key Personnel in charge of Technical Drawings, Method Statement, ITP (Inspection Testing Plan), Raising RFI, feedback to consultant and check against Project Specification and BOQ. Coordinate Shop Drawings between Architectural, Structural and MEP.
• Managing and overseeing the Constructions of 125 units, 5 bedrooms, Double story and 4600 ft2 Villa’s.
• Known to lead a team of 6 supervisors and approximate 250 workers to complete and meet target dates, achieved 4.5 days cycle per Villa’s floor, ahead of Master Work Programme duration.
• Prepare and presenting two week look Ahead schedule for machinery, material, and manpower required in Weekly meeting.
• Provide Risk, Cost and Manpower requirement, Monitoring production rate, Manpower allocation and Material usage onsite analysis, feeding Project Manager for further action. Evaluate and recommend an action to improve the productivity rate, i.e. sequent of work, Method of construction etc.
• Monitor groups of manpower and team for rewards & incentive based on performance to increase productivities and motivation. Divide and allocated open area for contractor base on merit performance system
• Lead in collaborating with 25 subcontractors of Architectural (Block, Plaster, Tiling, GRP, False Ceiling and Painting) and MEP trade to meet target dates and coordination of construction activities, sequence and usage area of work. Tracking and updating Monitoring progress onsite and certified work done feeding commercial department and planning department.
• Organize collate Inspection of Work between Consultants, QA/QC and construction Engineer for checking of all trade prior commencement of work. Raising NCR (Non Conformance Report) to the Sub Contractors for rectification and provide commercial record of deduction in case of abortive work. Key team member commence snagging and de-snagging process, commissioning phase and handover of the project.
• Correlate logistic and safety department for all Machinery and Implement of safety awareness to prevent injury, loss of life, and damage to company assets.
• Recognize for being one of the major team player in achieving 3 days slab concreting cycle, typical floor slab having area of 930 m2 with 12 No’s of Column and Shear Wall. Oversee concreting for horizontal and vertical element of the Reinforce Concrete work. Coordination with logistic department for all jacking operation for tower cranes, placing boom and passenger hoists to synchronize with construction activities.
• Involvements in enabling work stage, tower crane installation, access for earthwork, excavation, backfill and shotcreting on secant/diagraph wall. Having great experience working with specialist in basement water tanking/ Waterproofing system that includes installation of SIKA waterproofing membranes and pile head treatments for the raft foundation.
• Diligent supervises to ensure quality of work, record production rate and to attend inspections with consultants and Abu Dhabi Municipality Authorities. Final checking of steel rebar, formwork, table form and scaffolding prior for inspection. Assist QA/QC Engineer during inspection. Directly involve in concrete quality testing and sample during casting.

• Key personnel in early project deployment and segregation of work packages base on gazette track alignment.
• Main role in liaising with local authorities figure for setting out of R.O.W, relocation of services and site office deployment, risk report, project workability and feasibility study.
• Attend to technical matter on site by developing solution with the application of engineering concepts, practices and techniques.
• Active Team member in analyzing project cost, manpower and material requirement, Preliminary quantity take off on ground treatment/ soil stabilization material, earthwork and structural feature.
• Leading team member in work planning, monitoring and evaluation of construction progress using Microsoft Project with particular reference to Master Work Programme ensure timely progress.
• Close coordination with construction Manager, engineer, supervisor, surveyors, laboratory personal, foreman and sub-contractor to ensure effective teamwork.
• Assist on documentation and summaries on design report, land acquisition and liaison report, Contract, concessions and design
document review, preparing a report on designing stage and Progress of work.
• Direct involvement as technical representative of the company liaise with design consultant of the bridge, mainly in R & D of the bridge
design (Precast Box Girder) utilizing STAAD PRO.
Bachelor’s Degree (Civil Engineering) with Second Class Honours (Upper Division). Industrial Training with Ranhill Limited Dean list for 1 semester
High school - A level equivalent
