 PNB DRS (Disaster Recovery Site) backup for the Data Center monitoring six zones of the PNB which include almost 900 links of PNB. DRS give the (24x7) support to the customers.
 PNB branches & their ATM will access the Finacle, MIS server for their transaction on regular basis.
 Leased Line maintenance/Procurement/Commissioning responsibility.
 Routers Configuration and Network Troubleshooting.
 Routers IOS up gradation in all routers connected to ZNC and NC as per requirement.

LL - 64Kbps, 128Kbps, 512Kbps, 2Mbps & ISDN - 128Kbps - It involves troubleshooting of the lease line & ISDN for errors and complete failure and accordingly co-coordinating with the Exchange people & FM engineer at the respective ZNC / NC’s.
 Providing primary Level support to remote Engineers. Troubleshooting of LAN related problem at Remote location.
