Responsibilities/Tasks Over all:
•Team Leader for a group of technical team for the Project execution and Construction Management.
•Assisting for the site planners in preparing the Look ahead schedules for the site activities.
•Overall responsibility for giving the feedback for the planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling of all the projects including the construction, finishing and until the handing over of the projects for the site project Manager.
•Studying the drawing controversies with reference to the Archie structure and MEP drawings and clarify the same with the clients by keeping the records (RFI) Request for the Information’s.
•Planning for the optimum utilization of the resources like man, materials, and machineries.
•Following up of the site production to achieve the target programs.
•Following up of the materials approvals and assisting for the material coordinators in keeping the records for the same.
•Attending the Consultant, Client and management meetings to resolve the site problems.
•Coordination with consultants and clients for the site programmes.
•Update the Specifications and the Method Statements to feed the site technical staffs and the to all the supervisory staffs.
•Preparing & floating of tenders to contractors/sub contractors, evaluation of offers, techno-commercial discussion & finalization of contract in view of project schedule.
•12). Advises on site staff and work force on the company quality standards.
•13). Compiles the Project Quality Plan for the project and interfaces with the consultant / client to obtain approval.
•14). Ensures the implementation of QA/QC plan on projects.
•15) Ensures material specifications and construction works are in compliance with quality standards and contract specifications.
•16) Reviews contractor’s documents and ensure compliance with project specifications and quality standards.
•17) Issues SIR and NCR as necessary and ensures follow-up and closing.
•18)Maintains archives for concrete pouring, concrete cubes, calibration certificates, Inspection request files, Lab testing reports, Quality control procedures, and Inspection testing plan.
•19) Conducts periodic internal Quality Audit of project activities.
•20) Prepare As- Built drawings and responsible for compiling the final quality documentation in accordance with the condition of the contract.
•21) Prepares Daily, Weekly, Monthly reports and submit to the Construction Manager.
•22) Investigate problems and unforeseen conditions.
•23) Assists with Shop drawings and detailed drawings and submittal.
•24) Assist with Request for information (RFI), Change order requests etc.
•25) Prepare regular reports of Construction activities.
•26) Participate in regular Project progress meetings.
•27) Monitoring of workflow to ensure all stations are covered in line with production requirements.
•28) To report any defects or deficiencies in plant and equipment and to take necessary measures to eliminate them.
•29) Overall responsibility for site & and site staff management
•30) Familiar with International PDO Standards, QP ( Gas & RasGas & Oryx) Standards & SHELL Standards as well ISO
•31) Managing project reports; take off documents, executing programmer/ plans after thorough discussion with clients, selection of sites, project evaluation in terms of outlays & profits attached.
