• Providing comprehensive consulting services on Security Solutions (Cisco ASA, Firepower, NGIPS, AMP, Stealthwatch, Identity Services Engine, Open DNS, Email & Web Security, Fortinet) for small, medium, large, complex network environments.
• Meeting with customers to understand their current technical environment, key business issues/drivers and future technology requirements. Also delivering Presentations and whiteboarding sessions on Cisco Security architecture model.
• Imparting trainings to channel partners on new technologies and product updates.
• Providing POCs & project scoping, ensuring the solution proposed is in-line with client expectations
• Providing technical assistance to the sales team during sales cycle. Collect business requirements and converting the same into technical network requirements and specifications
• Actively working with Cisco Account Mangers in order to generate incremental business
• Participate as a technical resource at Cisco trade shows and conferences.
• Configuration, change and fault management for Cisco IPS Modules, ASA firewalls and Cisco ACE load balancers.
• Support remote user and customer base with setup and troubleshooting VPN access issues.
• Coordinating with NOC in order to find out the RCA.
Imparting Process and Product training to L1 engineers
• Modifying and editing the rule base as per the change request of the client on different firewalls (Cisco ASA, Checkpoint and Juniper)
• Change management and Incident management related to checkpoint firewalls and other network devices like load balancers and CISCO ASA firewalls
• Configuring Static and Dynamic NAT as per the change request requirement
• Granting users the access to Remote VPN and adding them to the concerned RADIUS or TACACS authentication group
• Managing and Troubleshooting of various VPN issues configured on Checkpoint and Cisco ASA Firewalls.
• Deliver Level 2 LAN/WAN technical support - Wide Area Routing and Local Area Switching Architecture and troubleshooting.
• Provides daily troubleshooting support for Routing and Switching Services for global infrastructure.
• Routing and Switching route cause analysis (RCA) for Day 2 day operations supporting identification and resolution for network events.
• Regular health checks for different firewalls, routers and switches installed in the network to ensure optimal network performance with minimal downtime and troubleshooting the issues found, if any
• Work assigned tickets to determine the point of failure and resolve problems remotely utilizing available tools and other Operation Center resources.
• Work & escalate problems effectively in order to meet customer SLA's (service level agreements); escalate to L3 engineers or Management if unable to resolve the issue.
• Direct Field Engineers as required to resolve and/or confirm operation of network equipment.
• Perform problem management and root cause analysis for customers as required.
• Maintain all assigned tickets with up to date information in our ticketing system.
• Support service quality metrics.
• Installing and managing Cisco ISE in standalone and distributed environment.
• Migrating NAC and ACS to Cisco ISE.
• Resolving customer queries for customers of across the world on Cisco ISE product (3315, 3355, and 3395) and BYOD.
• Providing Proof of Concept on different features of Cisco ISE in customer live environment.
• Create Bill of Material (BOM) for Cisco ISE and wireless products.
• Provide answers related to products.
• Develop guides for end user self-service.
• Provide answer on competitive analysis.
