Duties & Responsibilities:

Risk Management.

1- Maintain Risk awareness and sharing knowledge through training workshops.

2- Risk Procedures preparation with related work flow diagrams and RACI Matrix.

3- Risk Management Plan preparation for Sector, Departments and projects levels.

4- Preparation / Tracking Risk register and Response plans.

5- Perform Quantitative Risk analysis for Critical projects in terms of time and cost using Primavera Risk Analysis software.

6- Time Contingency Calculations (Schedule Buffer).

Planning and Schedule Management.

1- Supporting low Quality and local Contractors schedule management by schedule standardization for WBS, activities, resource Codes and find solutions for updating automation.

2- Assesses the impact of Covid-19 Pandemic/design/construction changes and schedule slippages.

3- Review XER files Compatibility with MOH Primavera EPPM requirements before uploading to the cloud.

4- Preparation of Land development Sector projects annual Targets.

5- Random Checks for Approved time schedule by the Consultant for critical Projects.

6- Follow-up on contractual events (NCRs, variations, Extension of time) and coordinate with the concerned party to evaluate the accurate impact on projects Constrains.

Data Analysis and Reporting.

1- Define projects and business KPIs in co-operation with accountable stakeholders

2- Find Data gathering solutions for scattered projects in the kingdom, which are executed by low Quality Contractors in remote Areas.

3- Setup and maintain Land Development Sector projects Database using Excel and SharePoint Lists.

4- Create reports (Weekly/Monthly) as per SLA with MOH and any reports support Business Decision making.

5- Create Interactive Dashboard using Power bi (CEO, Project, Sector Department Procedures, CRM and Risk).

6- Create Power point Presentations.

7- Continues improvement through lesson learned.

8- Support tasks requested by the client (Technical Analysis Committee-providing recommendation and winning bidder).

5- Collect from site all necessary information for updates and prepare the required Weekly and Monthly Progress Reports.
