• Stock Control system procedures, updating the stock counts in system. Issuing reports, trading accounts, GP Analysis, Consignment stock, Sales and Stock control.
• Local purchase/Invoice booking and matching. Import consignment pricing and imported goods payment procedure.
• Booking Tax Credit notes and Return to Vendor(s) notes.
• Local purchase payments and preparation of Remittance Advice and Cheques.
• Bank Reconciliation, general ledger functions and Payroll Reconciliation. Non-Trade bookings.
• Daily sales analysis and calculation of its variance with budget and previous year data. (Management Information System)
• Vendor Support program / Receivables.
• Fixed Asset procedures.
