•Responsible for monitoring networking systems,
networking devices, and building custom built tools
•Provide remote technical assistance to field teams and
ensure that field works are implemented without
impacting the network health
•Responsible for handling first level troubleshooting
issues, upgrading operating systems, and planning layout
for configuration systems
•Provides technical support for network problems and
simulation of network issues
•Diagnosed issues and made software/setting
adjustments as necessary, including re-configuring
network devices with faulty operating systems
•Perform responsibilities of analysing network typologies
and identifying network performance issues
