•Responsible for handling first level troubleshooting
issues, upgrading operating systems, and planning layout

•Provides technical support for network problems and
simulation of network issues
•Diagnosed issues and made software/setting
adjustments as necessary, including re-configuring
network devices with faulty operating systems
•Perform responsibilities of analysing network typologies

Attend the IPCC calls and extend the L1/L2 support to
field site operations technician regarding the Broadband
and IPTV issues
•Configuration of network switches like Huawei, ZTE,
Alcatel
•Configure the DSLAM/MSAG/MSAN/ONU ports
according to CRM subscription of Broadband and IPTV
products on Business team request
•Managing, maintaining & configuring DSL services
(Including ADSL, ADSL2+, VDSL), VPN services & IPTV
Services, via NMS of Whole South region which contains
1300 optical nodes (ONU/MSAG/MSAN)
•Followed up with business team and in some cases
directly with customers to ensure optimal customer
satisfaction.
•Continuously review all NMS and EMS systems using
MRTG graph
