Responsibilities:
Pre-Awards:
Drafting, evaluation, negotiation and execution of non-disclosure agreements, contracts, consulting agreements, lease / hire agreements, review of customer proposed terms and conditions, JV agreement, Consortium Agreement;
On all standard and non-standard contracts, provide redlined recommendations, negotiate directly with Client, and provide recommendations.
Contractual and Commercial evaluation of Tenders, Risk identification and its mitigations, review of bond / bank guarantees requirements, coordination for legal advice etc.
Drafting and reviewing of Tie-up Agreements, Sub-Contracting Agreements, MOU’s etc.
Post-Awards:
Facilitate the transfer of Contract documents from Tender Department to Operation Team
Establishing the contract framework for contract administration and projects
Monitor post award compliance from interpretation of requirements to implementation of plans and procedures and ultimately all matters related to contract closeout.
