Managing & supervising the finance function in Saudi Arabia for Petra Factory & Petra’s local distributer in KSA through staff of five accountants.
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with general accepted accounting principles policies and procedures.
Prepare financial management reports.
Managing payable account, supplier relation and maintaining accurate
processing of invoices, purchase orders, expense claims, credit memos and payment transactions.
Handling all accounting duties independently without supervision & providing full support, training & supervising the junior accountants.
Preparing the monthly JV's, bank reconciliation, Inter
company reconciliations and manufacturers reconciliation.
Handling treasury work (opening LCs - LGs-and following up with bank agent to make sure that we are within bank facility limit)
Preparing monthly salaries, bonuses.
Booking the cost and allocating it as per related Division (cost center) or project.
Auditing the credit applications performed by credit department, to make sure that all applications have been applied within the bank policy.
Maintain and decrees the delinquency rate of the bank.
Dealing with all customer inquiries and helping the customers to understand the policy of the bank in order to achieve highest levels of customer care and satisfaction.
Making negotiations with the clients of the bank to Seattle
their obligations towards bank and restructuring these obligations on the clients.
Making several duties such as internal transfers between master accounts and subsidiary accounts, depositing insurance and post dated checks.

Employed as a financial officer 04/03/2004 up to 10/01/2005. After that I have been rotated to the operation department (Credit department) as a Assistant Branch Manager, Finally I was promoted to a Branch Manager where I was responsible for managing the main three units of the branch ( Disbursing loan
unit, customer care unit and collection payments unit.
