• Successfully implement Oracle E-Business Suite R12 ERP in ten business units, five countries of operations with three Oracle legislation, and a total of eight projects.

Implementation, Consulting and Support
Duties:
• Gathering business requirements for Core HR, Payroll, Time and Labor and Self-Service HR.
• Preparing technical and business documents using Oracle ABF Methodology (BF.015, BF.045, BF.040, TE.040, DO.070…).
• Conducting in CRP, training, UAT, going live and support.
• Performing Oracle Applications implementation including: Core HR, Payroll, Oracle Self-Service HR and Oracle Time and Labor and HCM data loading/migration
• Building SSHR customized workflow and dynamic approval cycles using Oracle Workflow Builder and Oracle Approvals Management and performs validations using custom PL/SQL procedures, integrated with Oracle HCM using API’s user hooks.
• Preparing technical documents for custom reports and build, test and deploy Oracle Applications custom reports using Oracle BI/XML Publisher and Oracle Reports Builder.
