As part of my job is;
•to take care of Certain Mega Accounts and provide them with services are related to different departments such as Claims, Pre-Authorization, Operation and production
•to make sure the accounts are fully satisfied with Bupa services and solve any issues are related to daily transactions
My role is basically to support the Branch underwriting team by several ways:
- communicate with various customers which are including brokers and direct clients in order to provide services such as issuing new policies, adding and deleting risks
-my job is also to support the rest of the team in our department by arranging excel sheets which have important data in regards issuing new polcies or to prepare quotations
I scan goods through a machine called a cash register that the consumer wishes to
purchase from Pharmacy. After all of the goods have been scanned, I collect payment for
the goods .
According to the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties, my degre accredited as assistant specialist in health administration.
