Job Details:
• Vat Filing: Preparation and filing of VAT.
• Project Account Management: Handle the accounts and finance side of all purchase orders, contracts, invoices, valuations, guarantees, job costing and other job reports.
• Banking and Trade Financing: Maintain key banking relationships, handle renewal of trade facilities. Open, trade and re-finance bills, letters of credits, loans as may be needed.
• Receivables, billing and collection: Receivables reconciliation and ageing reports.
• Payments, Insurance, Payroll: Review, reconcile, answer queries, pertaining all fixed and variable payments for suppliers, subcontractors, payroll, utilities etc.
• Employee Settlements: Verify and approve employee settlements prepared by HR team.
• Budget Planning: Prepare budgets and submit to stake holders for review and approval. Monitoring actual and projected expenditures as compared to budget.
• Preparation & Finalization of financial statements. Liaison with Auditors, banks and other companies on behalf of company.
