• Operational Feasibility Study: Recommend manufacturing option for an Indian agrochemical manufacturing company with market cap of $1.5B+ after comparing setting up its own manufacturing plant vs loan licensing. Shortlist 12 high potential products from 60+ chemical product options after assessing packaging cost, raw material price, CAPEX, OPEX etc.
• Market Entry Strategy: Recommended a forward integration strategy after conducting a Market Feasibility and Market Entry study for a conglomerate in India with $1B+ market cap. Analyze PVC sales data to assess pipe product trends, end customer type, identify right geography to establish plant, payment terms etc.
• Market Sizing: Gather and analyze data after interacting with CXO’s of large-medium cap public and private companies, industry experts to understand Polyurethane market sentiments to determine production and consumption data of various types of Polyurethane across sectors.
• Technical Due Diligence : Conduct technical due diligence in partnership with a German technology giant for a bank with market cap of $40B+ who is looking to invest $50M+ in India’s top 5G ODM company
• Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) Task force: Part of a 5-member ESG task force committed to using prior educational and professional experience to carry out business development for the company. Reporting directly to the CEO.
• Business Development Activity: Interact with potential clients to understand their business problems and create proposals.
Till date created 5 proposals, 4 of 5 proposals accepted by client amounting to $80K+ revenue in 12 months.
• Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) to ensure a continuous work stream to maximize labor and machine utilization. Liaising with various stakeholders to strategically plan raw material, workflow scheduling and quality checks.

• Perform root cause analysis with senior management to identify production issues and help develop an action plan on bi-yearly basis.

• Co-author safety case and technical reports for one of the prominent energy plant operators in UK. Documents involve engineering initiative substantiation, thermal boundary assessment and optioneering report for Nuclear Refueling Machine & Gas Bypass Plant.
• Conduct time and motion analysis to establish superstructure fabrication workflow process and network analysis at the initial stages of project. Involved with the team for first superstructure prototype approval. Project value: USD 34 Million.
• Execute piping fabrication and erection project. Total dia inch of welding: 1050m2
• Created templates for supervisors to track fabrication progress that are updated weekly. Simple process helped improve fabrication efficiency by 3%
• Introduced system of weekly on-field personnel group meetings to increase team cohesiveness and communication leading to better production output.
Underwent training at the Direct-Reduced Iron (DRI) plant of SULB. Learnt about various processes required for direct reduced iron. Understanding of plant schematics, Sulphur purification plant. Acquired brief insight of steel manufacturing plant operation; Process of raw iron ore, hematite to the end products: beams, channels.
Trained under QA & QC department during the execution of the Project- Supply and Fabrication of High Pressure Piping
for Polypropylene Oxide Plant of SADARA; An Integrated refinery in Jubail Industrial City, Saudi Arabia.

Underwent training at the company's job site for a period of 2 weeks -Mahanadi thermal Power Project, Chhattisgarh, India; Capacity: 6X600 MW (3600MW); Coal based power plant; $3.6bn project. Acquired brief insight of
the power plant; plan execution, construction and working.
Project: Chronological Study of Power Plant Development and Environmental effects of Waste outputs.
My interest in entrepreneurship in construction business led to embark on experience that would give clear understanding of the processes, what a consumer wants and business requirement in the sector.

MSc Advanced Nuclear Engineering: Ni alloys are used in water circuits of power plant. They may be subject to stress corrosion cracking (SCC) over time. The project explores and help quantify residual stress and stored dislocation in Ni alloys that are machined using Electrical discharge machining (EDM). EDM is currently being considered for use in nuclear industry. The project will help highlight potential hot-spots where SCC may initiate using High Resolution-Electron Backscatter Diffraction (HR-EBSD) microscopy to quantity residual stress distributions and damage hotspots.
