• Conduct Intake discussions with Hiring Managers to understand the position requirements and propose
potential hiring solutions
• Provide consultation on competition and demand fulfillment to hiring Managers
• Conduct candidate Sourcing/Screening by utilizing various channels (internal database, job boards,
referrals and social media) based on position requirements and provide recommendations to the Hiring Manager
• Interact with candidates and conduct phone screens to capture details of their skills and experience
• Extend offers and negotiate (as/when needed) with candidates till closure and send new hire package
• Post offer candidate engagement and facilitate onboarding in collaboration with extended HR team
• Closing all the requirements within timelines and ensuring that we meet our target Time to Fill
• Experience with using recruiting tools such as Hiresystems(Kenexa Brassring), Ascendify, Support Central,
Workday
Handling recruitment for various IT positions from Middle level to Senior Managerial level
• Working on
Handling Recruitment for product company requirements
• Understanding the technicalities of the requirements and accordingly identifying the resume that best suits
the requirements
• Preliminary screening and short listing the right qualitative profile and scheduling them for an interview
• Forwarding the right and interested candidates resume to the clients against the requirement followed by
interview co-ordinations and scheduling
