Supervision of all subcontractors activity related in insulation and cladding.
Daily reporting to Site manager and doing progress report.
Monitor all activities in Boiler and Steam turbine generator and assist to commissioning group.
Review all relevant project specification; implement Quality procedure as per project acceptance criteria.
Assigned as Quality Control Engineer in Piping and Welding activities on Boiler Pressure Parts.
Piping inspection such as fit-up and dimensional inspection at fabrication shop and site area.
Check all requirements as per isometric drawing.
Witness and review Welders Qualification Testing (WQT) as per required Welding Procedure Specification.
Witness mock up testing for boiler tubes welding procedure and visual inspection of boiler tubes weld.
Review NDE requirements for Boiler Pressure Parts and conduct internal NDT.
Witness alignment of panel to panel such as burner and secondary passage panel of boiler and buckstay erection as per drawing requirements.
Line checking and punch listing prior for hydrotesting.
